Chop Cabbage well and add Salt into this and mix well and keep it aside.
Chop Shallots and crush Grated Coconut and keep it aside.
Heat Coconut Oil in a pan and splutter mustard Seeds and Black Gram.
Add chopped Shallots and Coconut Pieces into this and saute it well until brown color.
Add chopped Cabbage into this and mix well and cook it.
Add Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala powder and half boiled Green Peas and mix well.
Then add crushed Grated Coconut to this and mix it well.
Add Salt if required then, add Curry Leaves and cover it with lid and cook it well.
Turn off the flame and mix well and serve it in a serving bowl.
