home made cream Cheese

Full fat milk- 1ltr
Lemon juice 4 tbs
1. In a pan add milk and bring to boil. Keep the flame in simmer to medium
2 Add 1 tbs lemon juice at a time until the milk gets completly curdled
3. Now in a large bowl strain the cooked mixture using a seive or a muslin cloth
4.. Leave it for 10 15 mts till the liquid
5. Now add the curd to a blender and blend for 1 minute to get a fine cream. Add a little of strained liquid if needed.
6. Store in an air tight container and keep in refrigerator and can be used for 1 week.
