INGREDIENTS

  • EGG YOLK – 1 NO
  • MUSTARD POWDER  -1 PINCH
  • VEGETABLE OIL – 120 ML
  • SA.LT -1 PICNCH
  • VINEGAR / FRESH JUICE – 1TSP

METHOD

Bring  a medium sized mixing bowl.add  egg seprate egg yolk to bowl and Whisk the yolk, mustard powder, salt until it is frothy and light in color.

Add the oil down the sides of the bowl while whisking, allowing time for it to be incorporated. Continue whisking and drizzling in the oil.

When the yolk mixture begins to thicker consistency , you can increase the  speed of oil,  Continue whisking until all of the oil is used up. if you think ,its too  much thick consistency add little lime juice and whisk nicely .     satiny ,smooth mayonnaise ready
