1.Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate well with 1/2 tsp of pepper powder,thyme,1/2 tsp of salt
along with 1 tsp of vinegar or lime juice. Mix everything well and marinate for 30 minutes.
2.Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan.When it melts completely ,thren add the marinated chicken pieces and cook
till the chicken pieces turn into light golden shade.
3.Keep the chicken pieces into side and add 1 more tbsp of butter in the same pan.After can add the
chopped ginger along with garlic and saute it for a minute or two.Next add the chopped spring onion bulb
and saute it for a minute.After we can add the diced onion and saute till it change the color.Next add the
capsicum and stir it for 1 or minutes.
4.followed by adding 1/2 tsp of salt along with 1/2 tsp of pepper powder and mix all well.( masala’s you can add
according to your need).
5. add 1/4 tsp of thyme or oregano along with 1 tbsp of grated paramasan cheese and 1/4 cup of cooking
cream.Then mix everything well and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
6.Finally add the chopped spring onion stems,mix well and off the flame.Keto/lchf diet friendly tasty and
