1: In a mixing bowl ,add besan,turmeric powder,chilli powder,asafoetida powder and salt ,then mix well and move 1/2 cup flour mix in to another bowl.
2: Add water and to make a tight dough ( like idiyappam) for seva.
3: Make batter for boondhi,by adding water into half cup flour mix and keep aside.
4: Fill dough into idiyappam press maker and keep aside.
5: Heat oil in a kadai, fry curry leaves and garlic and keep aside then press the dough in to the hot oil in circular motion
6: When one side is fried ,flip and fry the other side.then take it out side.cotinue this .
7 : Take a strainer and pour the batter throught the strainer into the oil ,and fry until crysp after that take it outside .
8 : Roast peanut ,roasted gram and dry red chilli seperatly and keep aside.
8: Break the seva in to small pieces and combine with roasted peanut ,roasted gram,garlic,curry leaves,dry red chilli,boondhi ,chilli powder,salt and asafoetida powder,mix well.. Now our spicy mixture is ready to serve..enjoy with a cup of tea..
