MAT SAMOSA
Delicious and attractive snack

INGREDIENTS
Coconut oil – 2 Tsp
Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
Ginger – 1 Tsp
Garlic – 1 Tsp
Big onion- 1 medium size
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Tomato – 1 medium size
Garam masala – ¼ Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Chicken kheema – 250gms
For samosa sheet
Plain flour / Maida – 2 cups
Salt – 1 Tsp
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp


PREPARATION
PREPARATION OF STUFFING MIXTURE
In a pan heat coconut oil, add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic
When raw smell leaves add onion. Saute for few minutes
Then add coriander powder and chilli powder.
Mix well.
Add tomato, garam masala & salt. Saute till tomato gets cooked.
In that add chicken kheema.
Cook for 10- 12 minutes.
Allow cooling
PREPARATION OF SHEET
Knead plain flour, salt and vegetable oil.
Make it into equal sized balls.
Roll it in into a large sheet. Cut four sides to get a square shape sheet.
Cut the sheet into half ( horizontal )

DEEP FRYING SAMOSA
Heat oil in a pan until medum temperature
dropp samosa to the oil and fry until golden brown
Drain oil with using kitchen tissues
fry it all in batches
