ingredients

  • Fish – 6 pices
  • Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp
  • Ginger – garic paste – 1tsp
  • Crused balck pepper – 1 tsp
  • coconut oil -as required for shallow  fry
  • Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt 

Mint-corriander chutney

  • Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Corriander leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Chop ginger – 1/8 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Salt  – as required
  • Sugar – 1 pinch for balancing taste

method

  • Cut  the fish into  6 pieces (darne) . clean and dry with help of kitchen tissues.Prepare a masala by mixing chilly powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, crused pepper, lime juice, salt,curry leaves and little bit coconut oil. masala should have thick consistency. masala applied both sides fish and keep it for rest 30 mins
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan . gently place fish pieces into pre heated oil.shallow fry the fish with less amount of oil.Once the first side of fish golden , gently flip other side. Fry  the fish until turns golden red colour  in both  sides and remove from oil,.transfer to kitchenn tissues and remove exess oil . Serve with mint chutney

MINT - CORRIANDER CHUTNEY

Clean the corriander and mint leaves . plugg tender leaves, it help to avoid  chutney gets  bitter if stem  are used. in blender grind all ingredients such as mint leaves, corriander leaves,ginger,lime juice , salt , sugar and  thick yogurt.Blend it all together to a smooth consistency
