1: Ash gourd 1 cup
2: red moong beans 1/2 cup ( soak for 5 hours)
3: first milk 3/4 cup
4: second milk 2 cup
5: curry leaves
6: green chilli 3 nos
7: coconut oil 1 tsp
8: water 1 cup
1: Pressure cook red moong dal by adding some salt and water in medium flame .after two whistles switch off the flame.after that strain the red moong dal and keep aside.
2: Add ash gourd,second coconut milk ,green chilli and salt in to a clay pot ,cover and cook.stir occationally .it takes around 25 minutes in medium flame .
3: After that the coconut milk is reduced its 1/4 th ,then add strained red moong beans and curry leaves ,cover and cook for few minutes atleast 3 minutes.
4: Then add first coconut milk and coconut oil ,just heat it and switch off the flame.
