Healthy Steamed Ginger Soy Chilly
Steamed fish is a simple way and shortest time to prepare whole fish .This is is one of the classic fish dish Chinese home cooking. The ingredients which brings out the nice favour of fresh fish. The soy sauce gives sweet and savoury taste to the dish.

Ingrediants
Whole fish 1 no
Julienne ginger 3tsp
Bird eye chilli 2tsp (finely.round sliced)
Dark soya 1 tsp
Chop garlic 1/8 tsp
Corriander leaves
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Remove all scales from your fish with help of using knife
- Cut off the fin except tail and head for presentation
- Again clean fish with water and keep dry without extra excess of water
- Marinate fish with little bit of soya and some julienne ginger , chilli and Corriander leaves
- Keep the dish in steamer 10.mins
- Take one bowl and Mix soy sauce and julienne ginger and chilli
- Once fish is done remove from heat
- Pour the sauce that made before over the fish
- Serve with hot
