CHOCOLATE CREPE CAKE
Crepe cakes are easy to make and no bake cake made using crepes. Here is the recipe for wheat chocolate crepes layered using chocolate ganache and topped with crushed dry fruits.

BUTTER- 3 tbsp.
MILK- 1.5 cups
WHEAT FLOUR-¾ cup
JAGGERY – ½ cup
COCOA POWDER- 4 tbsp.
VANILLA ESSENCE – 1 tsp
CHOPPED CHOCOLATE-1 cup
HOT FRESH CREAM- 1 cup
Heat a sauce pan and add butter to it.
Once the butter melted completely transfer it to a bowl.
Add milk to the sauce pan, allow it to boil and turn off the flame.
In a bowl add wheat flour, jaggery, cocoa powder and mix well.
Add in eggs and vanilla essence to the dry mixture.
Blend by adding milk and melted butter alternatively.
Heat the pan and pour the batter to make crepe.
Cook for 5 minutes then, flip it over and cook well.
Transfer to plate and repeat making crepes with remaining batter.
For making chocolate ganache add chocolate chunks to hot boiling fresh cream.
Wait for 3 seconds and mix well until chocolate melted completely.
Keep chocolate ganache aside.
Take a chocolate crepe and spread chocolate ganache over it.
Again layer a crepe over it and continue sandwiching with all crepes.
Finally cover all sides of the crepes with chocolate ganache.
Garnish with chopped nuts on all sides.
Refrigerate it for 2 hours, then cut into pieces and serve.
