Clean and remove seeds from java plums and collect pulp in a separate bowl.
In a medium sauce pan combain java plum pulp, sugar, milk ,salt. cook it for 20 mins with low flame.Puree the milk and plum mixture with a stick, put in a blender and Stir with the remaining 1 cup of cream , vanilla essence.
