1: In a mixing bowl add besan,cardamom powder,turmeric powder ,salt and ghee ,mix well and add water slowly.make it as a thick batter ( idli batter consistancy)
2: Heat oil in a kadai ,pour batter through a stainer then fry it.repeat this .once the boonthi is ready then set aside.
3: Prepare sugar syrup by adding 1 cup of sugar and 3/4 cup water in a thick bottum vessel.
4: Pour sugar syrup into the boondhi,mix well and rest for few minutes.
5: After that mix well by using hand.
6: Then make small balls and fix raisins in the ladoo..
7; Now our ladoo is ready to serve..
