SPINACH AND EGG DIET

Breakfast is the most important meal to begin a day Breakfast, literally means break the fast. Since our body doesn’t consume anything after dinner till we wake up the next morning, our body is famished. Having consumed the energy from last night’s meal, we need to recharge our battery for full day ahead.so.you need to choose mix food that have carbohydrates, proteins,fibres and heathy fats.it helps you complete healthy breakfast.

Spinach and eggs provide many of the nutrients you need, so having this combo for breakfast gives you a nutritious start to your day.

Healthy Garlic Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients

  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Chop garlic 1 tap
  • Olive oil 1 tap
  • Crush pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Clean the spinach with water and remove all the sand or dirt.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the chop garlic untill just starting to brown .
  • Add spinach to the pan and saute it with olive oil and garlic.cook for 3 mins .Sprinkle some salt and crushed pepper powder to taste.
  • Once it reday remove from heat and change to desired serving plate.

Sunny – side up

Ingredients

  • Egg 1.no
  • Olive oil 1/ 2tsp

Instructions

  • Heat a non stick pan with medium low heat.add olive oil To lightly coat the bottom of the pan .
  • Crack the egg and gently keep into pan without any brok of egg yolk.
  • Cook until the tops of the whites are set but the yolk is not be cooked.it will take 2 – 3 mins
  • Once it ready ,remove from pan with help of rubber spatula and place it on the top of the Sauteed spinach.
  • Enjoy your breakfast.
