SCRAMBLED EGG WITH SPINACH|Easy LCHF/KETO Breakfast recipe

INGREDIENTS

Spinach – 2 cup
Eggs – 2 nos
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oregano – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli flakes- 1/4 tsp
Salt as needed

PREPARATION

Cut the spinach into small pieces.Beat the 2 eggs with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper powder.

Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan.Add 2 cups of spinach and saute in medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

After  can add the spices and mix everything well for 1 minutes

Finally  add he beaten eggs and mix it with the spinach than cook till it done.Off the flame and serve hot
