Ingredients
green chutney :
Coconut – 1 cup
Ginger- small piece
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chilli – 3-4 nos
Salt – 1 Tsp
Red Chutney :
Coconut -1/2 cup
Bengal gram – ¼ cup
Garlic – 3
Red chilli – 4 nos
Curd – ¼ cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Preparation
Pre preparation of chutneys
Green chutney
Grind corriander leaves and mint leaves with grated fresh coconut , rosated /dry Bengal gram,ginger, green chili , salt .add little water as required or till grind smooth
Red chutney
In a blender Grind roasted or dry chillies with grated coconut , Bengal gram,garlic,salt along with curd .add little bit water to grind smooth paste.
Preparation of mini dosa.
In a non stick pan , using spoon pour 1 spoon of Dosa batter to make mini dosas,
Apply these chutneys on the top of dosas and make it into sandwich types.
This can be served for kids parties or as breakfast and definitely for snack box.
