1.Ripe Mango – 1 big sized
2.Sugar – 1 1/2 cup ( according to the sweetness of the mango)
3.Water – 1/4 cup
4.Lime juice – 1 tsp
Take the mango then peel it and cut into pieces.Add the pieces in a blender with 1/4 tsp of water and make a fine puree.
Add the puree in a pan,then heat it and stir it in a high flame.When ut starts to boiling add the sugar and stir it for 5 minutes in a medium flame.
add the lime juice and stir it again for 15-20 minutes in a low flame.
When it forms a string consistency between your finger you can off the flame and keep it for cooling.Transfer it in a sterilized jar after cooling and store it in a cool place or fridge.
