Ingredients

BEAN SPROUTS – 150GM

BURGER BUN  -1 NO

THIN SLICED TOMATO – 3 PIECES

CHOPED ONION –  1 TSP

EGG -1 NO

COOKING OIL – 1/2 TSP

MAYONNAISE -1 TSP

SALT  1 PINCH

WHITE PEPPER POWDER – 1 PINCH

METHOD

Prepare veggies for burger like onion , tomato. Make one fried egg pre – heated omelette pan and keep aside.

Slice bun to two parts horizontally. Toast bun  both side and make it  light goden color  . Spread mayonnaise  each slice of bun. Place bottam of part on plate, then add fried egg , oinon , tomatoes  and beans sprouts. sprinkle 1 pinch of salt and white pepper powder.place another slice of bun on top.your healthy burger ready
