Broccoli – 2 cup (250 gram)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cooking cream – 1/4 cup
Grated Cheese – 1/4 cup
Almond flour – 2 tsp
Milk – 1/4 cup
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Mixed Herbs – 1/4 tsp
Red chili flakes – 1/4 tsp
Salt – As needed
Clean the broccoli and make it into small pieces.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of butter.When it melts completely add broccoli and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
After add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder and 1/2 tsp of salt and mix all well.cook till it became soft. Then transfer it into in a plate.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in pan and add 2 tsp of almond flour. Mix it with out any lumps.
Add 1/4 cup of milk and mix well for 1 to 2 minutes.Make the flame into low and add 1/4 cup of grated mozzarella cheese and mix it till it became a creamy texture.
Add 1/4 cup of cooking cream and mix it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Followed by add seasonings 1/4 tsp of pepper powder,1/4 tsp
of mixed herbs and 1/4 tsp of red chili flakes along with 1/4 tsp of salt,then mix everything well.
Finally add the cooked broccoli and stir it for 2-3 minutes.Cook till it became
soft and off the flame.Serve it hot for better taste.
