SABUDHANA SEMIYA PAYASAM

1: vermicelli 1 cup
2: sabudana 1/4 cup soaked
3: ghee 1 tbsp
4: salt 1 pinch
5: sugar 3/4 cup
6: cashew nuts 10 nos
7: raisins 40 nos
8: cardamom 3 nos
9: milk 4 cup ( 1 cup = 250 ml)
10: water 2 cup
1: Heat a thick bottom vessel ,add ghee and roast cashew nuts and raisins ,take it outside and keep aside.
2: same vessel roast vermicelli until light golden colour and take it out side and keep aside.
3; add milk and water boil it in a medium flame.
4: add soaked sabudana and cook .
5; once sabudana cooked then add a pinch of salt and cardamom ,mix well.
6: add roasted vermicelli and cook ,stir occasionally.
7: then add sugar ,mix well and cook for few more minutes.
8: finally add roasted cashew nuts and raisins ,mix well .switch off the flame.
now our payasam is ready to serve..
