INGREDIENTS

Riped  java plum – 2 cup

sugar – 2/3 cup

milk – 1/2 cup

full cream – 1 cup

vanilla essence – 1 tsp

salt – 1 pinch

PREPARATION

Clean  and remove seeds from java plums   and collect pulp in a separate bowl.

In a medium sauce pan combain java plum pulp, sugar, milk ,salt. cook it for 20 mins with low flame.Puree the milk and plum mixture with a stick, put in  a blender and Stir with the remaining 1 cup of cream , vanilla essence.

Pour the mixture into a container, cover and refrigerate for overnight.ice cream serve with  sugar water soaked java plum..
