.Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of butter,when it get melt crack 2 eggs into the pan.After add 1/4 tsp of
pepper powder along with 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of oregano and 1 tsp grated cheese for seasoning.
.Add 1 more tbsp of butter in the same pan,when it get melt add around 100 grams of medium pieces of
broccoli and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes in a medium flame or till it turns to dark green in color.
Followed by adding 1/2 cup of red cabbage and mix both well for 2 to 3 minutes.After 1/2 tsp of
pepper powder ,1/4 tsp of oregano along with 1/2 tsp of salt and mix all well.Saute it for 1 more minute,
than off the flame and transfer to the vegetables in a serving plate.
