Chicken breast -450 gm
Asparagus -1 1/2 cup
Chopped onion -1 cup
Red capsicum -1/2 cup
Yellow capsicum -1/2 cup
Tomato -1/2 cup
Chopped garlic -4 cloves
Olive oil -3 tsp
Dill leaves and thyme for seasoning(optional).
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Pepper powder -3/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Marinating of chicken
Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces,drain it well without any water content. Marinate chicken pieces with chilly powder, Kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger -garlic paste, salt and pepper.keep it at least 30 mins to set the marinade.
In medium pan heat olive oil,When it become hot,add the chicken pieces and fry until slightly gloden but it’s should be completely cooked inside chicken . The cooked chicken transfer into a plate and kept aside.
In the same pan again heat little olive oil and saute the garlic and chopped onion, followed by Adding tomotoes,capsicums and stir it well about 2 – 3 mins.
Add seasonings like salt and and pepper.now add asparagus and stirring it gently , until asparagus tender.
When the vegitables are cooked add the fried
chicken pieces, mix it well and keep stir for 2-3 minutes.
Check the seasonings, Add it if required. Now add dill leaves and thyme for favour .mix it well.Off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl .
